Super Eight is an independent production music label built around analogue recording, real musicians and original performance.We make records with real instruments, tape and carefully chosen recording techniques, capturing the character and feel of musicians playing together.The result is music with personality, bringing character, emotion and atmosphere to film, television and advertising, and helping every production feel distinctive rather than generic.
Licensing
All Super Eight music is represented by MCPS Production Music, making licensing simple and straightforward.Our music is available under the blanket agreements covering major UK broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky.For TV series and long-form programming, music can also be licensed under an MCPS IPC Licence.
For advertising, commercials, trailers, branded content, games and other uses, licences are available through the MCPS Production Music Rate Card via PRS for Music's Licence Manager.
